Here are the steps to update your credit card information.

Login at https://cp.infoquest.com with your main account’s username and password.

Click on the Account tab.

Click on the “Payment Methods” link.

Either edit your existing card or click the “Add New Credit or Debit Card” button.

 

Here are the steps to update your Account Contact information.

Login at https://cp.infoquest.com with your main account’s username and password.

Click on the Account tab.

Click on the “Account Settings” link.

Click the “Edit Account Settings” button, and update your information.

 

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription you no longer using.

Login at https://cp.infoquest.com with your main account’s username and password.

Click on the Account tab.

Click on the “Subscriptions” link.

Select your Subscription.

Click the Cancel Account button, fill in the information and submit the cancellation request.
