Here are the steps to reset your account’s password for the POA customer account control panel.
- You are at the Customer Control Panel, click on the “Forgot Password?” link.
- A new window will come up, type in your account’s username and click “Submit”.
- An email will get sent to the email address on the username’s contact.
- Once you’ve received the email from the system, click the link in the email.
- A new window will come up, there type in the new password you want use, then retype it again and then click “Submit”.
- Now you can login at the Customer Control Panel now with your username and new password.
