SSL Certificate Process (Superaccount)

Here are the steps you will need to take to have our support team to generate a CSR for your domain so you can purchase a Digital Certificate and then to finalize getting the certificate installed.

1. Log into the Customer Control Panel with your main account’s username and password.

2. Once logged in, click on the “Tools” link on the left hand column.

3. Then click on Ecommerce, then Digital Certificates.

4. Fill in the information for the domain you want the CSR you want generated for and hit “Submit“.

5. Once you hit “Submit” an email with the information will get sent to support for them to generate the CSR for your domain to then purchase a digital certificate.

6. Once you receive the CSR from InfoQuest Support, you can click here to purchase your SSL certificate through InfoQuest if you’d like or take the CSR and go with a certificate provider of your choosing.

7. Once you receive your Certificate, forward the email with the certificate to support@infoquest.com and we’ll install it for you on the server.
