In that ticket, please detail the issues with as much detail as possible:

–           Which specific hosting service this relates to.

–           What websites, databases, etc. are involved.

–           Frequency of errors / actions taken to resolve.

–           Step, if any that can be taken reproduce the issue,

–           Details on what has been reviewed on your end (website logs, server logs, etc.)

–           Any credentials we would need to access the impacted service.

–           Any other details you can share to bring us up to speed.

For reference, our professional services bill in 15-minute increments at a rate of $40, with a minimum increment of 15 minutes.
