iPhone IMAP Email Setup (iOS18 or higher)

iPhone Email Setup on iOS18.

Settings Icon

Scroll down to APPS

Mail

Accounts

Mail Accounts

Add Accounts

Other

Add Mail Account

Name: Fill in your Full Name

Email: Email address you’re wanting to setup.

Password: Password for email account.

Description: Auto filled in or change it to what you’d like.

Click Next

Incoming Mail Server: Server Name or  mail.yourdomain.com  (Note: Recommend Server Name)

User Name: Full Email address

Password: Your email account’s password.

Outgoing Mail Server: Server Name or  mail.yourdomain.com  (Note: If you have WildCard certificate on your domain, you can use mail.yourdomain.com.)

User Name: Full Email address.

Password: Your email account’s password.

If you’ve typed in all your information correctly, you’ll get check marks.

Then click Save.
