Here is the step by step instructions how to reset a password for an email account within the customer control panel if you have a SuperAccount.
Login at SuperAccount Control Panel with the main account’s username and password.
Click on the Website Link.
Click on the Email link.
Click on Manage mailboxes.
Select your domain name.
In the list of email addresses, delete the mailbox in question that you want to reset the password for. Note: No email will be deleted from the server.
Continue to scrolling down to Add a New email address.
Before the @ sign you type in the same name of the email account you just deleted and type in the new password, click on Add.
You’ve completed resetting a password for an email account for your domain.
