Here are the step by step instructions on how to disable / remove your email hosting from your POA account if you have chosen to do email through another provider.

1. Log into the Customer Control Panel with your main account’s username and password.

2. Click on the “Hosted Domains” tab.

3. Click on your domain.

4.  Scroll down to “Hosting Services” section.

5.  Under the “Mail Services” to the right you’ll see “View Details”, click on that link.

6.  Click the “Remove hosting” button and that will remove the email hosting from this account.
