Google Rejecting Email from IMAIL Hosted Account due to SPF Record

If you have an InfoQuest IMAIL account and you’re getting rejections from Gmail accounts due to an bad or invalid SPF record, add this TXT record for your domain and this should help.

v=spf1 mx a:imailsmtp.infoquesthost.com include:_spf.hostedemail.com ~all

Also, it is a good idea to get verified by Google, if you’re doing DNS through InfoQuest, we can set that up for you.

If you’re not doing DNS through InfoQuest, then browse to the URL below and setup a Postmaster account with Google and get verified.
