Can’t connect to Exchange using Apple Airport Extreme Router (POA)

You’re using an Apple Airport Extreme Router and having issues connecting to Microsoft Exchange.

The issue is most likely due to Host resolution with DNS. The steps to resolve the issue are:

  • Right click the wireless icon in the taskbar
  • Click “Troubleshoot problems”
  • Click “I’m having a different problem”
  • Click “Use a specific network adapter”
  • Click “All network adapters”

It does it’s thing and then when you re-open Outlook, you’ll be prompted to enter the password.
