If you set up your email account in Outlook 2010 or higher with an IMAP connection, here are the step to subscribe to the folders you see on the server.

In Outlook, click on the Folders tab, then click the “IMAP Folders” button.

Click on Query, your list of folders should appear.

Highlight the folders you want to subscribe to and click the “Subscribe” button.

Then you’ll see your folders in Outlook.
