Forgot Password for Control Panel

Here are the steps to reset your account's password for the POA customer account control panel.

1. You are at the Customer Control Panel, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.

2. A new window will come up, type in your account's username and click Submit.

3. An email will get sent to the email address on the username's contact.

4. Once you've received the email from the system, click the link in the email.

5. A new window will come up, there type in the new password you want use, then retype it again and then click Submit.

6. Now you can login at the Customer Control Panel now with your username and new password.
