If you have moved your account to the new POA system and you no longer need your SuperAccount, here are the step to cancel your account.
First you'll need to make sure that you don't need any content or email that is currently on this system.
Once you've confirmed that you everything you needed off this account, please proceed to the following steps below.
2. Once logged in, click on the "My Account" link on the left hand column.
3. Then click on the "Billing" link.
4. Then click on the "Cancel Account" link.
5. Fill in the information and submit the cancellation request. You'll be asked to confirm the cancellation.
6. It will take a few seconds to process, be patient, you'll then receive a cancellation number.
